From the Hint of a Rainbow to…
The grey sky of morning contained an ominous quality. The clouds were so thick they were almost tangible. Then I saw it. Faintly sandwiched between the clouds was the hint of a rainbow. Barely visible were the bands of color, with a straining, subtle expectancy as the dim colors arched upward. It was the beginnings of a rainbow. The hint of a possibility of something beautiful, magical and rare.
Was the rainbow becoming more of a rainbow? Or would it retreat?
Would all the pieces that need to come together to create a vibrant halo of color in the sky so the rainbow would flourish, or would one of the factors jump out of balance, thus erasing the hint? Which would be created? Nothingness or gloriousness?
In your life, where are there hints of a rainbow? What is standing in the way of your magnificent rainbow?
Perhaps it is over analysis. Sure, planning is valuable. And becoming paralyzed by considering “What happens if X happens? What happens if Z happens? What happens if Mary tells John that A might have a negative effect on B so then X is a moot point anyway?” And what if a huge meteor pummels Earth and tomorrow ALL of the planet is destroyed?
Having a game plan is always a good thing. A good coach knows that a game plan is consistently modified once the ball is put into play. Who knows what the other side has up their sleeves? Instead of getting stuck in the worry whirlwind, put together a framework and wait with joyful anticipation of the positive potential.
Maybe you are constantly looking at your rainbow from a perspective of fear. From the disempowering rather than the compelling. Fear is especially insidious, because it can come cloaked in many disguises. It may appear to be care and concern, or it may appear as discernment. Another costume it wears is tradition. You know this one, when your friend says, “Why change? This is the only way we have ever done it!” Definitely the death knell of a rainbow in the making.
Or another way to make your rainbow in the making disappear is to give up on its existence right as it is about to burst forth with colorful splendor. Norman Vincent Peale wrote these inciteful words on this subject: “Lots of people limit their possibilities by giving up easily. Never tell yourself this is too much for me. It’s no use. I can’t go on. If you do you’re licked, and by your own thinking too. Keep believing and keep on keeping on.” Countless inventors, entrepreneurs, artists and people just like you have given up right on the verge of their personal tipping point to success.
And then there are the people who stay in pursuit of their rainbows.
As a child, Richard Branson, noted Entrepreneur, was diagnosed with dyslexia. His scores on standardized tests were dismal, pointing to the likelihood of a less than stellar future. Perfect example of how radically off the mark prophesies based on “standardized tests” can be for children. These tests don’t measure the passionate drive that fills an individual. They can not hold onto embers that are just waiting to burst into flames. They can not possibly see what can happen by adding the positive support and nurture of family members and teachers: people who instead of looking at the numbers on a standardized test and instead look into the soul and say, as Branson’s Grandmother said, “You’ve got one go in life. Make the most of it.”
Richard Branson obviously saw the glimmer of a rainbow and then made sure the environment was right to bring it to fruition.
Media magnate Oprah Winfrey hardly had an easy early life, yet she has said, “All my life I have known I was born to greatness.” Her reality was poverty, molest, incompletion of her college studies and then having to switch gears on her dreams from newscaster to morning show host. Did any of these negative moments get in her way of pursuing her greatness?
Many other people would have gotten discouraged. They had a PLAN to become a newscaster, what a step down to be a morning show host! Oh, really?
Who hosts the news for Nashville, Tennessee’s nightly newscast? Sure, the people in Nashville and the surrounding areas are well aware of their beloved news anchors. I am sure they do a terrific job.
Who is Oprah Winfrey? If you have been awake for the last decade, you are well aware of Oprah. A role model who saw a glimmer and has been riding her rainbow ever since. Not only that, she has taken the world along with her, enlightening millions as she creates the life of her dreams. Even her fiancé has celebrity status. His name is Steadman. You probably already knew that.
And Oprah’s radiance births rainbows every day from her Chicago studios. Today I watched half of her program, seeing the ever salty, very down to earth Dr. Phil dispensing common sense relationship advice to controlling wives and the men who love them. Imagine that glimmering rainbow: a success story in the making, along comes Oprah and Dr. Phil now has a huge following. His “tell it like it is style” and simple strategies continue to build rainbows for people each time he appears on Oprah’s show.
I sat at the intersection, looking at the hint of a rainbow, wondering what its message was for me. I sighed at the beauty of it, the quiet whispers from the possibility of the rainbow to my soul.
I turned the corner towards my house. Less than a block later, I saw it. The rainbow, in full majestic color. No longer a hint, but a reality. Beautifully and magnificently formed beyond what any artist could create. My eyes filled with tears.
All I had to do was turn the corner. All YOU have to do is turn the corner. Turn away from the tyranny of overanalysis. Turn away from “what if?” paralysis. Away from a life time of being fearful, of being somehow not enough, away from “but we have always done it this way.” Turn the corner to embracing your greatness. Take the fire deep within you and make something of it. Say what is so in your life, and then agree to it! Take action on it! Now!
Vic Braden said, “The moment of enlightenment is when a person’s dreams of possibilities become images of probabilities.” Your rainbow is stunning. I can see it from my window. The sun is shining upon it, reflecting that glint of “Yes, I can!” in your eyes. Today, show your rainbow to others. Watch the magic as it unfolds before you. Your rainbow is always there, simply waiting for you to bring it out in all its glory. Right now, it looks fantastic. Congratulations.

A guide to successful handicapping
(1)Try to experiment on those lower division leagues like div 1 team to get familiarise with those teams.you need them for cups and when they were promoted the next season.
(2)Is there a difference with betting on the picks you derieved or just pure plain picks?
Ans:Yes.There would be a difference.Have you ever tried picking and seems to get almost every picks correct but the moment you bet on those picks the results would turn otherwise.I believed it to be the unseen pressure built within oneself when it involves real money. How to curb the problem?practise is the key.
My personal advice is to treat every matchday as an examination for yourself.Treat it as though as you are siting for an exam. The linesmaker as the person who sets the paper.
How do judge your own performance or monitor your progress?
(i)The most obvious ones are the no. of correct picks you could derieved.
(ii)The reflective stage- try to reveal the “what”,”how”,”why”,”when” When you lose.
(iii)Lastly, after derieving the factors ,monitor if you have Correctly discover the true meaning behind it by predicting again using the factors you derieved. If you have discover the true factors pertaining to that particular league/cup the results should be straight wins. There should not be mixed results scenario like 3 win 2 lose or 2 win 3 lose kind of thing.
(3)If however there are negative results repeat point(2) and reformaulate new factors.probably you have overlook on certain things, go through again or you have place in extra factors which is irrelevant to this particular league/cup try removing it maybe will results in positive results.
(4)Even, if you have got it right this season it doesn’t make it a winning formulae for the next season or yrs to come.Sad but is the truth the linesmaker is working hard against us and have not stop learning about gambler’s behaviour so you got to keep note of that too.Once you realise there is a shift.you could stop betting or if you can’t resit the temptation of betting try betting small to kill the itch. The key here is to be alert and be willing to change own handicapping methods when necessary.
(5)Try to expand on your area of expertise for instance you are gd at say english premeir league expand to other lg like german or france this will create a buffer incase the league you specialise in has a major shift in odds trends. The key is to have backup.
The good thing is however, the lines maker seldom changes the lines as long as there are fresh punters falling for their old tricks consider this if you are a teacher setting a paper for your students to sit, would you change the qns if your students keep failing.i doubt so unless they realised their qns/odds are ineffective.

Great Insurance Tips31 Aug 2007 01:50 pm
Family Health Insurance - It Can Be Affordable
When you have a family, it is important to have great family health insurance. Families with children will spend more on health care in a year than anyone else. Without family health insurance, your family could pay thousands of dollars each year on medical care costs. Whether you get your insurance through your employer or through an individual plan, it is vital to have great insurance for your family and for yourself. When looking over plans, consider these tips.
Doctor Visits
A family with children will visit the doctor quite a few times throughout the year. Routine checkups, immunizations, and common illnesses will fill your life until your child is in school. With each visit ranging from $65 to $200 each, without insurance you would be spending a lot on health care. Once your children are in school, they will likely need to visit the doctor more frequently due to common illnesses that are easily spread through schools. When you look at different medical insurance plans, consider these things. You will want to choose a plan that has the lowest co-pay you can afford. Most of the time, the monthly rate will increase with lower co-pays. Think about it and choose the plan that will ultimately save you the most.
Hospital Visits
In addition to routine doctor visits, families often visit the emergency room or hospital more than a childless couple. Children break bones, need stitches, and other treatments more often than adults because of their fearless way of living. It is important to have adequate hospital coverage when you have a family. Family health insurance plans should have low hospital deductibles. You want to be protected whether your child needs a cast or their tonsils out. Think about the balance between doctor co-pays and hospital costs when choosing your plan. It will be crucial that you choose a plan that addresses both areas but that you feel you will get the most use from.

Treating Pets with Eye Medications
To treat your pet’s eyes with medication, try to following steps:
Gently tilt the head back so the eyes are looking at the ceiling.
Medicated Ointment:
Roll the lower eyelid out, forming a ‘pocket’, and place a small
amount of ointment (1/8 to ¼ inch) along the inner edge of the
eyelid. (If it seems easier, you can medicate the inner margin
of the upper lid in a similar fashion.)
The ointment will liquefy quickly, coating the surface of the
eye as the animal blinks.
Medicated drops:
Hold the dropper bottle at least one inch from the surface of
the eye and let one drop fall onto the eye. Continue to hold the
head up for about 5 - 10 seconds. Never allow the tip of the
bottle to touch the surface of the eye - the remaining contents
of the bottle could become contaminated.
The above is general veterinary information. Do not begin
any course of treatment without consulting your regular
veterinarian. All animals should be examined at least once every
12 months.
Poor Performance - Fix it by Coaching
Coaching is about finding out the cause of poor performance
or behaviour and discussing with the team member how to put
it right.
The team member might respond immediately to coaching and
improve the situation. However the improvement wont always
be permanent and you may have to do further coaching.
When I suggest this to some managers, they see it as some
kind of touchy-feely softly-softly approach. Let me assure
you right now - it’s not!
It’s about telling the team member what part of their
behaviour you’re unhappy with, listening to what they have
to say and agreeing a way forward.
The goal is to achieve a change in behaviour that the team
member is committed to and helps you achieve your outcomes.
Coaching benefits
Think of a time when somebody, a teacher, parent, boss, -
coached, taught or encouraged you get better at something.
When I ask this question on a seminar I get responses such
as - “I felt good - inspired - motivated - pleased -
confident - want to do better.”
This is what you’re aiming for in your team
1 More productive behaviour - The first objective of
coaching
is to resolve the poor behaviour. If it’s done properly then
that’s what you’ll achieve. However there are other
benefits.
2 The team member knows what’s expected - Coaching allows
you
to make it very clear to your team members what is expected
of them. Many mangers fall into the trap of “assuming” that
the team member knows what’s expected. This is the cause of
many examples of poor behaviour. The team member didn’t know
- “reports had to be submitted by the 15th of the month.”
They didn’t know - “they could give the customer their money
back.” Didn’t know - “they had to be on time for the
meeting.” Coaching allows you to calmly and clearly, make
clear what’s expected.
3 The team member is motivated to change - The only real
motivation is internal motivation. Coaching allows you to
create the environment where the team member makes the
decision to change for themselves. This means that they’re
more committed to the change and it’s more likely to happen.
It’s also easier on you because you don’t have to “drive”
the person to make the changes.
4 They know you care - If you coach, in the way we’re coming
on to look at, your people will see you as supportive and
understanding. They’ll know that you’re not just “picking”
on them and that you’re looking for a win-win situation.
5 It ensures a happy and motivated team - That means better
results, you achieving your outcomes and there’s much less
stress all round.
6 Less warning interviews - If you coach poor behaviour as
and
when it occurs then you’re likely to have far fewer warning
interviews. The manager who ignores poor behaviour, lets the situation build up and then finds himself in the ‘warning’ situation.

your team!

MSN PPC Advertising Network Finally Debuts
MSN PPC Advertising Long-Awaited Debut Announced
You probably already know that there are really only two major players in the world of PPC advertising: Overture and Google Adwords. By the end of 2005, there will likely be a third: Microsoft’s MSN Search.
Microsoft recently announced that it is launching its new MSN PPC advertising engine in Singapore and France by mid-late 2005. Smart marketers are probably already planning how they might justify advertising their products or services in Singapore to get a taste of the new service. The service’s introduction into Canada, the UK, and the US may very well come before the end of 2005.
The new MSN advertising program has been long awaited. MSN is Microsoft’s leading website property, and perhaps the web’s most visited “portal” (website with both search and content such as news) after Yahoo! MSN’s search engine accounts for one in five web searches, putting it in third place behind Google and Yahoo!
Search engine advertising mostly a two-player game
Currently, MSN shows advertising that comes from Overture, the web’s largest online advertising network in terms of revenue. Overture was bought by Yahoo! a number of years ago. Since Yahoo! is the direct competitor of MSN in every way, plenty of people have been wondering why MSN didn’t take its advertising program in-house long ago. It seems especially strange considering that even Lycos, whose search engine now accounts for a small fraction of total web searches, has its own advertising network.
In many minds, the fact that Microsoft would go to Overture only demonstrated how excellent an online advertising program Overture was, and just how hard it really is to set one up. Before going to Overture, MSN was getting advertising from LookSmart, an advertising network that does not own any websites that compete with Microsoft properties in any big way. Even before it had lost its largest advertising outlet, LookSmart was widely seen as a subpar second-tier engine, in a category with FindWhat or even Kanoodle. The fact that LookSmart had seemingly squandered a chance to make inroads into an online advertising market dominated by two big players cast a lot of doubt on whether there would ever be a serious challenger to Google Adwords and Overture.
What Microsoft’s new advertising network means for the future
Will the new MSN advertising network succeed where so many have failed? Or will it become a bloated, relatively uncompetitive product only supported by Microsoft’s vast bulk? (Not that Bill Gates has ever fathered such a bastard child.)
There’s a very good reason to believe that the new advertising program bears the seeds of its own destruction, thanks to a typically Microsoftian act of overreaching and obliviousness to public opinion. That bad seed is the same bad seed that has spoiled the fruits of so many internet marketing labors: behavioral and demographic targeting, which always seems to disagree with some people’s stomachs, no matter how delicately it is arranged in the bowl. (Editor’s note: too extended a metaphor? Well, website copywriters have egos, too, you know, just like the rest of the web dev. community. At least you didn’t have to sit through five minutes of flash animation to read this.)
Next: MSN PPC Advertising to Incorporate Demographic & Behavioral Targeting: Killer App. or Achilles Heel?
Microsoft’s press release announcing the new MSN advertising program is also worth reading if you’re that into this.

Hall Of Martial Arts31 Aug 2007 08:54 am
Dermot Michael (Pat) O’Neill
Dermot O’Neill was born in 1905 in County Cork, Ireland. As a teenager he traveled to China, and settled in Shanghai. In 1925, at the age of twenty he joined the Shanghai Municipal Police. This police force comprising of 9000 active and reserve officers was task with bringing law and order to the International Settlement.
While in Shanghai, O’Neill immersed himself in the study of Asian martial-arts. He was a devoted practitioner of Japanese judo, as well as several forms of “Chinese Boxing”, these included Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing Yi, and Pa Kua.
O’Neill rose through the ranks of the SMP and was promoted to Detective Sergeant and served as a member and instructor of the famed “Shock and Riot Police” task force of the SMP. He was also considered by many to be the protégé of William Ewart Fairbairn.
In 1938, O’Neill left Shanghai, and traveled to Tokyo, Japan as head of security for the British Embassy Legation there. During this period O’Neill was awarded the Godan, fifth degree black belt by the Kodokan, as well as increasing his martial-arts skills by practicing Japanese style “Kempo”. He left Japan shortly before the bombing of Pearl Harbor and made his way to Australia.
O’Neill came to the United States at the behest and recommendation of WE Fairbairn who was at this time involved with the OSS. O’Neill was slated to work for the OSS, but was sent instead to serve as an instructor with the First Special Service Force, a joint Canadian-US commando unit known as the “Devil’s Brigade.” When the 1st SSF was sent into action, O’Neill refused to stay behind and declared that since he trained these boys he would damn well fight beside them. He held the rank of Captain and one of his duties included the assignment of being the bodyguard to General Fredericks. After he was in Europe was over, O’Neill was tasked with the position of Provost Marshal over Monte Carlo.
As the war with Japan ended O’Neill was sent to Okinawa as a liaison officer. After the war O’Neill served as a consultant on police and security for various Federal agencies, including the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency. In the mid-1960s O’Neill located in the Washington, DC area and began work with the International Police Academy there. This organization was funded by the Agency for International Development and was a cover for para-military operations and training run by the CIA. The Church Committee Hearings on Intelligence Activities brought the close of this academy in the early 1970s.
O’Neill was considered a very tough man in his day and had a reputation for not backing down from anyone. His skill in judo was highly praised even at the Kodokan. O’Neill had studied under Uchijima, renowned old time Kodokan judo instructor. O’Neill was especially known for his grappling skill. The methods of hand-to-hand combat he devised and taught were greatly effective and such was proven in actual battle numerous times. O’Neill greatly influenced military close-combat for both the US Army and Marine Corps.
Dermot O’Neill had been married briefly and had a daughter. He died on August 11, 1985
Origins of the O’Neill Method
The “O’Neill” method is a consistent source of debate and speculation.
Owing to the fact that most people have only been exposed to limited information concerning this method many “false” opinions have been expressed concerning it’s value and/or effectiveness.
The Army 21-150 manuals offer little in the way of a “complete” method and the USMC “proposed” manual adds some info but certainly not anywhere near the whole “picture”.
Aside from non-fictional works on the First Special Service Force that add bits and pieces to the puzzle, there exist other “technical” sources.
Besides the fairly well-documented Judo background of D.M. O’Neill and his service with the SMP and as a “protege” of WEF, little else is really known about the elements that comprise his method.
Quotes like this: “………the Office of Strategic Services(OSS) improved version of kick and poke judo. This hand to hand unarmed combat method was developed and taught by a former Shanghai police inspector, British embassy security expert, and OSS contract employee named Dermot Michael “Pat” O’Neill.” Offer some more insights into the man and the method.
The system that O’Neill “developed” was born during his time in Shanghai. Charlie Nelson relates that his introduction to O’Neill’s method was through a Sgt. Kelly who learned this method from O’Neill during Kelly’s tour of duty in China. Since we know that O’Neill left for Japan in 1938, the “training” between Kelly and O’Neill must have occurred prior to that. So we can presume that the O’Neill method came into it’s own sometime during the mid 1930’s.
Many reference sources containing information on O’Neills method as recalled by Forcemen of the 1st SSF refer to similar phrases as the one quoted above. Terms like “jab and kick”, “gouge and kick”, “poke and kick” are constantly used when describing this method. Now we KNOW what the elements of the “Fairbairn” system are(though even here there is much misconception as well) and when would be hard pressed to describe WEF’s approach as “kick and poke”.
Though the O’Neill method may have included elements of Fairbairn’s system(though there is documentation to the contrary), it is clear that the O’Neill method is materially different. The difference in “needs” as it relates to close combat between front line rapid assault “shock” troops like the “Devil’s Brigade” and the nature of clandestine special operations as waged by the OSS and SOE explains to great degree the dis-similarity in choice of method.
Chinese foot-fighting or Chinese Boxing is mentioned in various manuals attributed to O’Neill. CHI-CHI SHU another reference to Chinese combatives is also mentioned in the AID/IPA manual. Material extant from the WWII era mentions this specifically. Charlie Nelson always said that this method was based on Chinese Guerilla warfare.
So where does the O’Neill method originate from? What may be the original source of this system?
To fully understand the possible connections to Chinese Boxing, we must FULLY understand the complete original syllabus of this method.
We will begin to discuss that aspect in Part II. Hopefully, we will also dispel “mis-informed” opinions concerning the combat validity and effectiveness of the O’Neill “method”.

Diamonds in the Ruff: How to find a good personal trainer.
The question of how to find a good personal trainer is as old as
the industry itself. In fact, it usually gets transformed into
an even bigger question - should you even HIRE a personal
trainer? Conveniently enough, the answer to one of those
questions will dictate the answer to the other one - every time!
The short and simple truth of the matter is that you should only
hire a personal trainer if you can find an effective one that is
right for you. Here are several things to consider before you
decide!
Professionalism
The term professionalism should cover our prospective trainer’s
skills, as well as his/her ability to act in a professional
manner. Both are critical to the training process, and if a
trainer is lacking in either department, it will spell doom for
your program eventually, either in the short term, or later on
down the road.
The days of personal trainers just being jocks with a
certification are (thankfully!) coming to a close. Today’s
personal trainer needs to be a consummate professional with
regard to his/her actual skills, as well as ability to treat
their clients in a professional and business-like manner.
For now let’s just agree that if your trainer doesn’t have a
clue about how to get you in shape, you probably don’t want to
hire that trainer!
What about their level of professionalism? A good personal
trainer will always maintain their professional bearing. They
don’t need to be some stick in the mud with no personality, but
there are several things that a trainer should NOT be doing
during a training session. These include things like staring at
themselves in the mirror, daydreaming, excessively talking to
other people, talking on their cell phone, checking out members
of the opposite sex, and just generally not focusing on you
during the workout.
Your trainer should look professional as well. Although the
actual clothing standards vary widely, some things that you
should not see are excessive body jewelry, the latest fashions
such as arm bands, beanie caps, combat boots, etc., or any
clothing or accessories that are worn simply as decoration or
because the style is in. The latest styles have absolutely
nothing to do with your training program!
Credentials
Which level of personal training certification is the best has
been and continues to be a matter of extreme debate. This
article will not propagate that debate with further discussion
of the details. However, what you should take home is the fact
that regardless of your fitness goals, your trainer should be
qualified to train YOU.
For general health and fitness, any of the top 10 nationwide
certification agencies offer acceptable programs. A brief list
includes - but is not limited to - the International Sports
Sciences Association, the American Council on Exercise, and the
National Academy of Sports Medicine. There are others, and your
trainer should be more than happy to point you to the website
that governs his or certification, so that you can learn more on
your own.
For more specific considerations like training for a sport or
athletic competition, your trainer will need a higher degree of
expertise. The American College of Sports Medicine has a great
program and is one of the most recognized certifications for
sport specific training.
You should ask very specific questions about how a potential
trainer is going to tackle the particular issues that you want
covered during your training program.
Facility
Regardless of your potential trainer’s credentials and
professionalism, you need to know where you are going to train.
The industry standard of only working out at a gym is being
challenged more and more these days. It is possible now to find
a trainer who will come right to your house and train you, or
possibly meet you outside, or in your housing area community
fitness center. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that you
have to go to the gym if you want a personal trainer!
Schedule
One of the biggest issues for trainers and clients alike is
scheduling. After all, you both have to be in the same place at
the same time for a minimum of 30 minutes, and possibly as long
as 90 minutes. A good trainer will try to find a way to fit you
into their schedule. It won’t always be possible, especially
with a highly sought after trainer, but if the trainer truly
wants to help you, they will do their best to fit you in.
Rapport
Having a good rapport with your personal trainer is crucial! If
you and your trainer don’t get along, it’s a waste of time for
both of you. You will likely end up more frustrated than ever,
thinking that even a professional couldn’t help you!
Working with a personal trainer that you like is necessary, and
on the flip side, the trainer should like you as well. You don’t
necessarily need to pick out curtains together, but you should
at least be able to carry on a comfortable dialogue while you
exercise. Most good trainers are good communicators as well, but
if the two of you aren’t very comfortable with each other, then
it will cause tension and increase the risk of your program
meeting with failure.
A good personal trainer will agree to meet with you face to face
before you actually sign up for a training program. Some
trainers offer a free or low-cost initial consultation, and that
is the perfect time to size up your trainer to make sure they
fit your needs!
You should take home the fact that the definition of a good
personal trainer is someone who is not only a professional, but
is also appropriate for your specific personality, needs, goals,
and desires. You may be working with this person for awhile, so
choose wisely!

La Cocina de Mexico - The Mexican Kitchen
Mexico has a very diverse cuisine culture. All regions heve
there own specialties from Mole Poblano in Puebla to Huevos
Rancheros in Sonora to Cochinita Pibil in Yucatan. It is blessed
with an abundance of varied, first-class ingredients, and people
who so enjoy food that they make full use of the ingredients to
create, with infinite skill, an exciting encyclopedia of
colorful dishes. The signatures of Mexican cooking are the
crafts of enticing, aromatic skills that herald the rich
flavors, fragrant with spices that are blended and trapped
inside. However it is wrong to think that Mexican food is all
heavily spiced and hot. Some dishes have subtle flavors to allow
the true taste of good quality produce to shine through, such as
vegetable soup. When spices are added, they are used with such
expertise that the flavors are mellow and harmonious. Not all
dishes contain chilies, and those that do can be as hot or mild
as you like. In New York Restaurant Guides you can find many
such restaurants offering the pleasure of Mexican food. There
are tantalizing menus covering the whole range of Mexican eating
from easy tacos and tostadas for today’s favorite quick snacks,
to dishes for festive occasions, such as Mole Poblano. Also
included are mouth-watering vegetable and bean dishes that show
that vegetarian food can be fun. Finally, there is a selection
of delicious desserts and drinks with the distinctive tastes of
MEXICO. For tempting Mexico food you can visit Mexico Lindo 459
